Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, phone cases, and final sale products are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process: To start a return, please contact our support team at support@borinicanathreads.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges are handled as returns and new purchases. Please return your original item first and place a new order.
